A country, blues musician who’s inspirations include the Million Dollar Quartet as well as the Delta Bluesman and original Nashville sound.
Her blend of soul, folk and blues has been influenced by the artists she grew up hearing, such as Joni Mitchell, Neil Young and Jeff Buckley, as well as more recent influences like Laura Marling.
In 2012, Eva’s first album was recorded at Studio Powertone, BE and Abbey Road Studios, UK with string arrangements, written and directed by Andrew Powell. In 2014, she came close to representing Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song ‘Nothing Is Impossible’ written by Mick Lee, Pernille Georgi and Chris ‘Ruff Diamond’ Robinson, and produced by Yannic Fonderie. Her performance was greeted with outstanding critical acclaim and the song became a successful single.
